British Transport Police
The British Transport Police office can be found in the Circle area, adjacent to the public toilets and cash dispensers.
Cash
Cash dispensers are located in the Circle area, beside the photo booth, and in the Arcade area behind the escalators (see map).
The International Currency Exchange is our Bureau De Change. The branches are located in the Arcade, beside Eurostar arrivals, and in the Eurostar departures area, also in the Arcade.
Free WiFi
When in the station, search for our WiFi profile, it will be listed as St Pancras International WiFi. You can access the web and search for free across the station.
Lost Property
Lost property is located with left luggage (see map) and is open Monday - Saturday 06:00-22:00 and Sunday 07:00-22:00.

Luggage Storage
"Excess Baggage" is a secure place where you can leave items of luggage for collection later. This is located beside the British Transport Police office in the Circle area (see map).
It is open Monday - Saturday 06:00-22:00 and Sunday 07:00-22:00.

Pharmacy
Boots in the Circle area has a pharmacy which is open Monday - Saturday 07:00 - 00:00 and Sunday 09:00 - 21:00.
Photo Booths
There is a photo booth on the station where pictures for passports, travel passes and other identity documents can be obtained. It is located in the Circle area by the cash dispensers.
Station Reception
Station Reception is located in the Circle area, just past the public toilets. It is staffed 07:00-23:00 every day (except Christmas Day) and our staff will be happy to assist you should you require directions, mobility assistance or other information.
Toilets and Baby Changing Facilities
Toilets and baby changing facilities are located in the Arcade, just opposite Eurostar arrivals, and in the Circle just past the cash dispensers (see map). All facilities are free.
There are wheelchair and mobility impaired accessible toilets in both the Arcade area, opposite Eurostar departures, and the Circle areas, beside the cash dispensers. Additional toilets are also located in the international departures lounge (see map).
Tourist Information
Bookings for hotels and events and congestion charge payments can be made at the Hotel Reservations office beside Eurostar arrivals in the Arcade (see map). There is also an information point through the arches at the end of the Arcade at the entrance to London Underground.
Trolleys
Luggage trolleys are available from trolley points at station entrances (see map).
Wheelchairs
Our Customer Service Assistants, wearing light blue St Pancras vests, are happy to help, should you require wheelchair assistance. Please speak to one of our station staff or visit Station Reception (see map).
