YO! Sushi

Yo! Sushi is St Pancras International's newest restaurant to open. Kimono clad staff lead customers to their seats - set around a large conveyor belt carrying colour ful plates of sushi - at the heart of The Circle shopping area in the station. Customers can choose from traditional raw sashimi, rice covered makis and nori wrapped hand rolls right through to hot staples like chicken katsu curry, salmon teriyaki and chicken dumpling udon.
