Where can I find out about what amenities are available at St Pancras?

Is there free Wi-Fi available at St Pancras International?

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for our customers.  Once you are connected and logged in to the free network, you will enjoy seamless internet access across almost all areas of St Pancras International Station.

Customer Assistance

How do I book Customer Assistance?

We aim to provide all the necessary assistance to disabled customers using St Pancras International Station whether this has been booked in advance or not and would like your journey through St Pancras International to be an enjoyable experience. 

To help us provide excellent customer service for customers with restricted mobility we would recommend that you call 24 hours before starting your journey to book a customer assist and to check that all aspects of the station and services are in full working order to allow the assist to take place.

East Midlands Trains assisted travel helpline 08457 125678 from 6am to 10 pm daily. 

First Capital Connect assisted travel helpline (freephone) 0800 0582844 from 7am to 22pm daily. 

Eurostar do not operate an advance booking system, however, customers who require assistance upon arrival at St Pancras International should speak to a Eurostar member of staff who will be happy to assist.

Alternatively, any customer requiring assistance can head to the Customer Assistance Meeting Point which is located on the lower concourse (alongside the main Ticket Office) where you will find a member of the St Pancras International Customer Service Team who will be waiting to assist.

What is the nearest underground station?

Kings Cross St Pancras underground station is accessible from St Pancras International and has the Northern, Victoria, Metropolitan, Circle and Hammersmith and City Line.

Are Paris Metro tickets sold in the station?

Eurostar do sell carnets of tickets at the information desk in the Eurostar Departure Lounge, please refer to the Eurostar website for full details.

Are there meeting rooms available for hire at St Pancras?

There are two meeting rooms available for hire at St Pancras International.  Please visit The Betjeman Arms and the St Pancras Grand for more information. 

How do I book a tour of the station?

Tours of St Pancras International are led by the established guiding partnership, City Highlights.  With a team of expert guides, they are the only tours which have been given official approval by St Pancras.

Is the Champagne Bar exclusive?

No, the Champagne Bar is open to the general public.

Can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made for 20 people or more. Phone 020 7870 9900 to make a reservation.

Is filming and photography allowed in the station?

Surrounding Area

Are there hotels in the area?

St Pancras offers the British Hotel Reservation Centre (BHRC) who can assist with hotel bookings. The BHRC also serves as an information point for areas of interest and events throughout London.

Alternately a Novotel and the Premier Inn are located in the surrounding area.

Is car rental available in the local area?
