Benugo
Open daily for sandwiches, salads and wraps, customers can choose items to eat in or take away. Sandwiches, available cold or toasted and on a variety of different breads, include the iconic range of benugo combinations, priced from £3.75, such as the new yorker. The deli sandwiches, priced from £2.75, are tailored according to customers individual tastes, with the ingredients displayed before them to choose from. A benugo salad, for example the fresh crayfish and avocado, is priced from just £3.95, and is sold with a separate dressing to ensure the salad remains fresh.

Fine Burger Co is a small independent British company who work with local farmers and suppliers to ensure that they are always buying the very top of the range. Serving only fresh food which is free from preservatives, colourings and GM nasties.
Fine Burger Co are very proud of their beef that comes from Newbridge Mill Farm in East Anglia. Their beef is from traditionally reared herds of Aberdeen Angus, Suffolk Red Poll and Hereford cattle. The chicken in their chicken burgers is barn reared and their veggie burgers are made to Fine Burger Cos own bespoke recipe.

PAUL the traditional French bakery has two shops at St. Pancras located opposite Eurostar departures and in The Circle area. Open from early morning serving a selection of authentic French viennoiserie, tarts, sandwiches, salads and hot food; all of which are produced fresh in their site bakery. PAUL also do great coffee, tea and the best hot chocolate this side of the Channel.

Peyton and Byrne is an unabashedly British bakery. Walk into their pretty pastel shop at St Pancras to find plates stacked with delectable biscuits and tarts, trays of hot pies and quiches, and cabinets choc-a-bloc with cream cakes, sponges and crumbles.
All products use only natural ingredients and are made fresh by Peyton and Byrne every day. They’re all gluttonously gorgeous too.
Sourced Market
Now you can get fresh, seasonal produce, seven days a week at our new Sourced market in the heart of the station. So pop by and pick up some of the finest ingredients in London.
You will find fresh herbs, fruit, veg and salad (available to buy within 24 hours of harvesting), Jeffersons Seafoods, top quality organic meat, Regents Park Honey or the scrumptious cakes and breads from Flour Power City Bakery. Theres also local beer from Meantime, Chegworth Valley apple juice and Label Anglais chicken from Essex, plus Fairfields Farm Crisps from Essexs Colne Valley.
