Sourced Market
Now you can get fresh, seasonal produce, seven days a week at our new Sourced Market in the heart of the station. So pop by and pick up some of the finest ingredients in London.
The freshest fruit, veg and herbs, often organic and as local as possible. Ethical, environmental, exceptional - Jefferson's Seafoods uses day-boats to fish sustainable stocks off the English coast. Fish 4 Ever supports local fishermen, processors and communities. Top quality organic meat is supplied by Jody Scheckter's biodynamic Laverstoke Park Farm in Hampshire, where they believe in taking good food and adding as little as possible to enhance the natural flavours, mostly in traditional ways.
Lovingly local - For about as local as it gets, try Regent's Park Honey or the scrumptious cakes and breads from Greenwich-based, artisan bakers Flour Power City Bakery. There's local beer from Meantime, also Greenwich based, Chegworth Valley apple juice and Label Anglais chicken from Essex, plus Fairfields Farm Crisps from Essex's Colne Valley.
Eat in or take away - Make visiting the market a regular treat. Open seven days a week, it really does mean that every day is market day at St. Pancras International.
Opening hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 9pm, Saturday: 8am - 8pm, Sunday: 10am - 8pm
Location: In The Circle, by the entrance to the Northern Ticket Hall
