Training & Development
A comprehensive training and development programme is provided covering the following:
Technical knowledge and skills, including
- Station operational procedures
- Health & safety
- Emergency plans
- Security awareness
- Accident & incident reporting
- Use of radio communications
- Disability awareness
- Customer information systems
- CCTV monitoring
- Crowd control measures
- In addition, it is required that all recruits into Customer Service positions pass the full Railway Safety Accreditaion Scheme training programme (further details will be provided at the assessment centre stage.)
