Ebbsfleet International

Section two delivers the high speed line through new stations at Ebbsfleet in North Kent and Stratford and via tunnel into St Pancras International.

Sitting between Gravesend and Dartford and close to the River Thames is the new High Speed 1 station at Ebbsfleet. Offering over 9,000 car parking spaces and just a few minutes from the M25 this station is the ideal access point to the continent or central London from Essex, Kent, Sussex and Surrey. Ebbsfleet has been designed for customers in a hurry with parking close to the terminal and straightforward processes within the building meaning you are speeding to the continent or capital in no time.

Regeneration project

Ebbsfleet International is not just a station however. In fact it is the seed from which a massive regeneration project will grow. Over the next 15 years some £3 billion will be spent on residential and business developments creating a new part of Kent. Land Securities lead the way with the Ebbsfleet Valley project. Development around the station itself will focus largely on commercial space with new office space just 17 minutes from Central London via High Speed 1.
